At night, transfer from your hotel to the restaurant to savor a delicious dinner. The restaurant is located in an incomparable setting, inside the complex of an adobe pyramid built by the original inhabitants of Lima more than 1,500 years ago. The restaurant is beautifully designed in a rustic colonial style. The menu is creative, with spicy touches of the classic Peruvian creole cuisine. After dinner, return to your hotel.

Overnight at the selected hotel in Lima. Dinner included.

DAY 2 | LIMA – GASTRONOMIC TOUR AND LIMA CITY TOUR

You will be picked up from your hotel to go to the district of San Isidro where you can visit the local market. This is a classic Lima market offering a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, meat cuts and fish. A real visual and olfactory experience.

After the tour, you will arrive at the restaurant and you can participate in a cocktail demonstration class to learn how to prepare the famous pisco sour. You will also have a cooking demonstration class where you will learn how to prepare a delicious typical Peruvian dish. After both classes, you will enjoy a tasty lunch and then return to your hotel.

In the afternoon, get ready to explore Lima’s old town, a Unesco World Heritage Site, which is packed with fascinating historic buildings. Start the tour with the Casa Aliaga, this is the only house of the period that still belongs to the same family.

Continue with a scenic tour of the colonial centre. Visit the Plaza de Armas, where you can appreciate the grandiose architecture of the Spanish Empire. There you will find its magnificent Cathedral, built in the 16th century.

The tour ends at the Larco Museum, located in the district of Pueblo Libre. The Larco Museum has been considered one of the 25 best museums in the world by TripAdvisor users and contains an impressive collection of pre-Columbian pieces of gold, silver, looms and erotic art.
